Please note that your set-up must be finished by 09:30 h on show days – our VIP guests will enter at that time. On Friday halls close at 18:00 h due to cleaning and laying of carpets. If you require set-up outside regular set-up times, please book your times via E-Mail. For additional costs please check out art. 2 below.

If your due invoice is fully settled, you will receive your exhibitor badge and your parking ticket upon arrival at the exhibitor services at Foyer A, Messe Wien. Only with your exhibitor badge you have access to Messe Wien during set-up times, show times and break-down times. Outside these times the venue will be closed to access for security reasons. During show hours each exhibitor is responsible for having his stand open to visitors!

Please start breaking-down your stand only after the official show hours! For security reasons you can drive your car behind the halls starting 30 minutes after official show hours. Please note that your stand must be empty and cleaned after break-down. All remaining material will be removed at the exhibitors’ cost (incl. cleaning cost) without compensation.

The above listed rates apply in case of overrunning set-up or break-down deadlines as well as for official booking of extra set-up or break-down times. Charges apply per company, hall and begun hours.
Car Deposit
Thursday, November 18, 2021 there will be no charge or deposit during official set-up times for parking your car/truck behind the halls.
Friday, November 19, 2021 as well as during show hours there will be a three (3) hour limit for parking your car/truck behind the halls. To be able to execute the coming and leaving of cars/trucks we will collect a charge of € 100,- per day per car/truck at the Tor 1 of Messe Wien (Trabrennstraße 5, A-1020 Wien) for parking more than three (3) hours. You will have to settle your charge directly at the gate in cash as well as with credit card. After loading/unloading your car/truck please use your parking ticket valid for Car Park A (Nordportalstrasse, A-1020 Wien).
Public Authority Requirements
It is required that, in case applying for your stand, you must deposit reports of stand building, certifications and samples of cloth (fire defense) at the hall master until Friday, November 19, 2021, 09:00 h the latest. For regular stand building you are required to show proof of professional stand construction (rigging, light, sound, decoration, etc.). For two story stand building, grandstands, stages, tents, rigging, etc. you are required to show approval of a consulting engineer on professional stand construction, statics and electrical grounding.
Open fire, candles, liquid gas or pyrotechnics are prohibited without license and permission in writing!
Please note that all shortcomings, missing documents or notice of defects by the authority must be eliminated prior to the opening of the show (Saturday, November 20, 2021, 09:30 h) otherwise your stand will be shut down by authorities!
Waste Management
Please note that all waste (packaging, stand building material, carpets, etc.) arising during set-up, show hours or break-down has to be cleaned by the exhibitor, the exhibitors stand building company or supplier on the exhibitors’ liability and cost. All remaining material and waste will be removed at the exhibitors’ cost (incl. cleaning cost) without compensation. If you need waste management or cleaning service, please book your service with our application form.

Smoking Policy
NO SMOKING
Please note, permission to smoke shall be strictly limited to specifically signposted outdoor smoking zones and will be prosecuted by local authorities. These restrictions apply without exceptions to all covered areas within the grounds of the expo complex and include cigarettes as well as other smoking items and e-cigarettes (evaporator, vaporizers, etc.).
Fiscal Information Foreign Exhibitors
Complying with fiscal requirements of Austrian Tax Authorities:
Exhibitors and persons that are not Austrian residents nor have a commercial unit or tax number in Austria and are gaining revenue at the show must be registered at the Austrian Tax Authority Graz-Stadt (City of Graz) and make an advance notification of sales tax. Therefore, you are required to register for an UID-Nr. (= Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer/VAT-Number).
How to apply for a VAT-Number in Austria:
- Form Verf19 (german) or Verf19E (englisch): Fragebogen zur Erteilung einer Steuernummer/UID-Nummer. You are required to list your VAT-Number on all official correspondence with Austrian Tax Authorities.
- Copy of commercial register statement (trade license) or contract of association (corporations).

Activities at the stand
To guarantee a safe and collaborative show please note the following:
- All your activities (promotion, sale, information, etc.) must be kept to your stand limits
- Keep music and noise to your stand limits (< 70 dB(A))
- Do not block the stand(s) of your neighbor(s)
Sampling, Promotion, Advertising, Surveys, etc.
Please note that you are not allowed to distribute flyers, posters, or other material outside of your stand. For activities outside your stand please book our chargeable advertising options. Surveys are not allowed at venue Messe Wien.
Receptions and Standparties
Receptions and standparties must be applyed for at the show management. Admitted activities outside opening hours will be charged separately to the exhibitor. Please contact your show team for further information and costs.
