On Friday, November 21, Vienna Comic Con and CD Projekt Red invite you to the exclusive NOVIGRAD Masquerade Ball in the dreamlike setting of the Imperial Riding School in Vienna. Join us for an unforgettable night full of magical costumes, festive dancing and fantastic entertainment – the perfect start to the VIECC weekend!

A touch of Novigrad in historic walls

The Imperial Riding School, Autograph Collection – a stylish hotel that was once a K.u.K. military riding school – will be transformed into a glamorous venue on this night. The historic ambience of the Grand Hotel in the heart of Vienna’s 3rd district offers the perfect blend of aristocratic charm and modern amenities to bring the festive atmosphere of Novigrad to life in the heart of Vienna

Note on ticket purchases: As we are switching to a new ticket provider for this exclusive event, it is unfortunately not possible to combine tickets with the VIECC 2025. Ball tickets must be purchased separately.

Exclusively for Ultra VIPs of VIECC 2025: As a thank you for your loyalty, all buyers of an Ultra VIP ticket for Vienna Comic Con 2025 are invited to the NOVIGRAD Masquerade Ball free of charge. You will receive separate information on how to redeem your ticket.

In cooperation with the Imperial Riding School Hotel, we offer you an exclusive drinks menu on a self-pay basis. In addition to the classic ball drinks, we naturally also serve a variety of non-alcoholic drinks.

Dress code

We cordially invite all guests to become part of our masked society of Novigrad!

  • Requested: Show up in your The Witcher-style garb or costumes. Be inspired by the nobles, sorcerers, bards or wizards of the continent!
  • Alternatively: Classic, elegant ball gowns and suits/smocking are of course also welcome.

We would like to see all guests in masks, but those who cannot or do not want to are of course still welcome.

Important information:

As with most balls, there is a dress code for the Vienna Comic Con Ball. Elegant evening wear (ball gown, suit, tuxedo, …) is permitted, but of course also costumes, cosplays and historical costumes. Full body suits are permitted. If certain parts of the costume belong to the streetwear/leisurewear or workwear category, then this is permitted. Masks are welcome.
