The artist and YouTuber behind “Dr. Rocke” is Martin Miksch from Ottenthal, Austria. He is known for his creative drawings and his humorous YouTube channel, for which he has already been nominated for the YouTuber Award. As the illustrator of Captain Vienna (the VIECC mascot since 2022), Dr. Rocke is also a VIECC veteran and will be on site on both days!
