Boris Koch is a freelance author from Leipzig. He writes for children and adults, childlike minds and adventure-seekers. He travels to the most diverse worlds, sometimes even ours. In his more than 20 novels to date, he has searched for treasures and healed dragons, raced rabbits and followed will-o’-the-wisps into the moor. His latest works are the cheerful start to the School of Horror series and the dark Ship of Lost Children – as a comic and novel. His works have been translated into several languages and have received numerous awards, most recently the Krefeld Prize for Fantastic Literature 2023.
